We offer 90-minute familiarization sessions to a three-day intense course that includes interview simulations and a session with local media. In addition, we offer a one-day workshop focusing on key messaging and interview techniques.
Half day sessions focus on ?Staying in your own lane? in a multi-jurisdictional event, and building trust before, during and after a crisis.
Two-day session includes interactive desk-top crisis simulations.
Day-long workshop that gives command staff and leaders an understanding of the importance of the public perception of police, and provides strategies to improve an agency?s image. Media relations, internal communications and strategies to improve both are discussed.
Half day workshop on the importance of the public?s perception of police and the importance of maintaining a positive community image and building trust in your agency.
Day-long workshop that teaches participants more about their target audiences and how to communicate a new vision or goals and strategies of an organization to obtain employee buy-in and either maintain or improve morale.
A 90-minute to half-day session outlining how social media can work for your agency, advantages and pitfalls, the importance of policy, and tips how to make your social media sites work for you...and help get your message to your audiences directly, and hold media accountable. Every agency should have a social media site!
